September 2015<br \/>\n1:00pm &#8211; 7:40pm, room M210.<br \/>\nIn recent years, Kant scholars have shown renewed interest in the philosophical environment, in which Kant\u2019s philosophy is situated. This allows to assess the innovation and radicality of the Critical philosophy in new ways. Systematic and immanent interpretations can thus be put into dialogue with contextualist and historical approaches. This workshop is offering a space to discuss some aspects of the complex relation between Kant and his predecessors, broadly understood, here especially Leibniz, Meier, Plato, Rousseau and Wolff.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kant-Forschung hat sich in den letzten Jahren verst\u00e4rkt dem philosophischen Umfeld Kants gewidmet. So k\u00f6nnen der Innovationscharakter und die Radikalit\u00e4t der kritischen Philosophie neu durchdacht werden und systematische und immanente Interpretationen k\u00f6nnen mit kontextualistischen und historisierenden Untersuchungen in Dialog treten. Dieser Workshop soll Gelegenheit dazu geben, einige Aspekte der komplexen Beziehung zwischen Kant und seinen Vorg\u00e4ngern zu diskutieren, zu denen hier u. a.
